Momentra was facing a problem with assigning cancelled appointments to caregivers. We needed a tool that would allow caregivers to pick up cancelled appointments. They need a way to automatically incentivise caregivers for picking up extra appointments.
We built an android and an ios app where all the appointments data will be listed for each user. Notifications for open appointments will be sent to relevant caregivers either through push notification or SMS.
For incentivising caregivers, we built a feature where picking up an appointment will reward the caregiver with a gift card. This is automatically managed by the app and does not require manual intervention.
Lastly, we built an admin dashboard for admins to manage all the data. Most agencies have different software for managing appointments. We made sure those data can be imported and synced via csv imports.
